€1bn Dublin Complex Underway

THE new 125-acre Profile Park business complex at Grange Castle, south-west Dublin, has now been launched. Representing an investment of approximately €1bn, it is expected to generate around 10,000 jobs. More than 300,000sqm of industrial and logistics, showrooms, convenience shopping and state-of-the-art offices will be included, mostly overlooking the Grange Castle Golf Course. "The business community's response to Profile Park is a positive bell-weather for the Irish commercial property market," developer David Agar of Profile Properties said at the official launch. Joint agents Agar Properties and Savills Osborne King are now available at their marketing suite in the development, where office suites are available from 90.5sqm upwards at €4,035 per sqm to purchase or €212.51 per sqm to rent. Trade City, Ireland's first dedicated trade park, will also be a feature of this major development.
